Payment

All individual orders must be prepaid by check, credit card, or money order. International orders must be paid in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank or with an approved credit card.

Purchase Orders

Official Agencies may submit a Purchase Order. Terms are Net 30.

U.S. Shipping Prices & Delivery Time

STANDARD SHIPPING via United States Postal Service Media Mail (4-7 day delivery) within the U.S. Shipping charges will be automatically calculated based on the number of books you order. One book will be charged $5.00. Each additional book will add $1.00 to the total shipping charge.

RUSH SHIPPING via United States Postal Service Priority Mail (average 2 day delivery) within the U.S. Shipping charges will be automatically calculated on the basis of weight.

International Delivery (For addresses outside the U.S.)

STANDARD SHIPPING is via United States Postal Service (USPS) Global Priority Mail (approximately 4-6 day delivery). Shipping charges will be automatically calculated on the basis of weight.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days of purchase, in resale condition, and we will promptly refund your money, no questions asked. Please return items via insured, traceable shipping methods such as UPS or Insured USPS. Exception: Dealer Orders are non-returnable.
